The Waltos Group helps to support local charities

Every quarter the Waltos Group partners with one of our associates to support a local charity.

We are proud to announce that the 2012 1st quarter recipient is Michael A. Oliver, CLU, Financial Representative, and the donation will be made to the Women Helping Women / Men 2 Work organization.

Mike is a volunteer with the organization and helps by acting as a stylist for the men who are looking for jobs during this difficult economic time.  Men 2 Work helps provide job placement services, resume building and educational workshops as well as provide professional clothing services free of charge.   Mike works to pick out professional clothing and assists the men in preparing for interviews and first impressions.  He helps these men gain confidence in themselves so that they can put their best foot forward in their interviews.

We commend Mike for the valuable time he donates to Men 2 Work.

Past recipients include Chris Moe - American Cancer Society, Nate Fikse - Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Stan Davidson - the Stephanie Davidson Memorial Scholarship, Jamie Kacura - AIDS lifecycle, Christina Vo - Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, Jeremy Price - American Diabetes Association, Ersula Martell - Autism Speaks Orange County, and Kyle Aschenbrenner - Minot Area Community Foundation.
